Aim: 5% fat and "wolverhampton tough guy"

Post by GreenClover »

right guys, heres a tough one for you
im 15, im not in anyway "out of shape" i mean i play nationals rugby and do quite a bit of exercise and gym workouts.

but i need to up game a little, i mean if i did what i do without the food i eat id be pretty much without fat. but i need a way to stay away from the food in house. I've asked family not too buy it but they like it and i just cant help myself when its there

so basically im just after minimal fat possible by means of training diet lol

also me and friend are training for the english "wolverhampton tough-guy" one of the hardest events in england but we know people just a bit fitter than us that have done it

for this im basically trying to get the best general fitness there is

im 5ft 10" , i weigh 72kg and im a "mesomorph" body shape

all ideas appreciated negative/positive

you need to eat probably double at least what you're eating now so you'll need to add 2 more snack type meals there...search the nutrition section there's plenty of plans in there...haven't got time to look at the toughman but i will tomorrow

yes your metabolism is slow and you can't lose wt when it is...toughman looks like fun except the fire walk...you could easily get away with 10% body fat for that anyway as dieting down to 55 will result in a loss of muscle and strength which you'll more of during it

try this:

Diet
Breakfast - at least 4 Weeabix (clasisic =P)

fruit, protein shake

Lunch
(at school toast with tomato and maybe a cake....)
(during holidays Sandwich,crisps,cheese) (maybeee cake....)

fruity, protein shake

Dinner
can be ready meals, spaghetti bolognese, tuna pasta, sunday roast on sunday

for those middle meals it would be even better to have a solid food protein source such as chicken, steak, turkey, tuna, sardine, fish, eggs or yoghurt without the shake
