Thanks for you responses. Yeah I've never done any ab workout before, so I just started doing stomach vacumes (3X/wk) and reach and catch sit ups for now (1-2X/wk). I have been loosing weight for a while, I was 215 in september, and now I'm 155 (march 26th). At one point the year before I was in the 230's-240's. which is the better method for %BF measurement?

Does anyone know which method of %BF measuremt is the better; the measurement method (like in hip to waist ratio, circumference of neck and forearm, etc) or the electronic method, like what you'd find in a digital scale.

What would you body do if say you were eating alot, but say you weren't getting enough calories (like if you only ate protien shakes and fruit for a day). Would the motabilism slow and your body prepare for starvation, like what happens when you only eat a meal or two a day, or would the motabilism ...
