As well as adding snacks to diet I'm also going to alter daily run. I read about intermittent running, so I'll be adding in the odd sprint. Before I forget... I run about 5-10 minutes after waking on an empty stomach. Is this going to do me any harm? I usually come home from run tired and sweating, ...

I jog a couple of kilometers each morning with dog in a bid to stay in shape, but I've noticed that the 'padding' over stomach just hasn't gone down at all. I only have a flat bench that can't adjusted and a set of dumbbells. Not much I know, but I have very limited space.

I have read the sites exercise section and I have followed some of the chest exercises (dumbbell press and the dumbbell fly's, 3 sets of 15 - both are laying flat as I don't have a bench that can incline or decline).
