I want to get lean.
I'm working on seriously cleaning up diet, but I'm also wondering about cardio and the general work-out. I go to the gym three days a week(mon, wed, fri) and work the whole body, doing 15 minutes on the treadmill afterwards(I just do the 'weight loss' selection at max which is 4.2 speed and going fr...

I recently have been eating a protein bar after work-out and it's filled me right up and kept me energized.
Now I'm trying to lose fat, are protein bars healthy snacks to have when I'm feeling like I want a little something, or do they provide too many calories and carbs for that?
