eat more for growth...the fact that you're more cut than before emans you probably were eating just under maintenance or at maintenance...you should e happy with what has happened though i think, it's doesn't usually work out as such Yea I am very happy with results, but I have worked off for them ...

You've probably replaced your fat losses with muscle gains, hence the reason for you weighing nearly the same. So don't worry about, as your Muscle to Fat ratio will be healthier. Yea thats kinda what I figured. Do you think now that I have burned some of that fat I will keep gaining more weight in...

I am build muscle but not put on weight... how come?

I have been lifting everyother day for 10 months in hour long sessions. Everyone I know has commented on how much bigger arms and chest are and how much more cut I look. Yea thats all great but I also wanted to put on weight while doing this. I still weigh within 2 or 3 lbs of when I started. How is...
