I have been lifting everyother day for 10 months in hour long sessions. Everyone I know has commented on how much bigger arms and chest are and how much more cut I look.
Yea thats all great but I also wanted to put on weight while doing this. I still weigh within 2 or 3 lbs of when I started. How is this possible? I try to consume 2,000 to 2,300 cal a day. Also, cardio is embarassing due to me not running or anything very active besides weight lifting.
Also, I have only recently started working outmy legs, is that where a lot of weight is put on when building muscle?
I am build muscle but not put on weight... how come?

Yea I am very happy with results, but I have worked off for them so anything less would have been frustrating. I find it so hard to eat all the time but I guess I am going to just have to work on that. I know EXACTLY what you mean. I've been working out for a year and a half hard and strength has exploded and defintion has improved alot but I havent gained weight in like a year. I'm consistently setting new highs and becoming more cut. And even to start with I had next to no body fat. It makes you wonder where the strength comes from huh?
