Nah, I try to be outside doing things... And at work I just lift things too, haha. I am thinking it was the way I was holding weights in left hand.

It only happens at the end of routine usually like last 2. It just feels weird I like move it and smack it against the bench and it feels fine then.. It mostly happened when I was doing walking lunges.
Stiffness
So, for some reason when I have been lifting.. I get like a stiffness in left forearm area.. from the elbow to wrist.. It just feels stiff and makes it hard to keep a hold of dumbbell/barbell.. Does anyone have any idea what this might be from? It goes away after awhile.

Easy way to not worry about what the scale says... Throw it away! Scales vary way too much.. I went on a scale it said a weight before... went off the scale and went back on and I was a different way.. stood in the same spot the same way with nothing more on me.. I say just eye ball it up in a mirro...

any chance of training before work? you'd have gone to bed earlier so can get up earlier...not a fan of shift work then training then going straight to bed if not then maybe do strength portion work and hypetrophy portion after work...say 2 x 30min sessions??? I can train before work... But I don't...
