Bigger but yet toner

Post by Guts »

Okay, so I am in a Dilemma right now. I am gaining muscles of course.. But I am still skinny I know its eating, I eat a lot and stuff and it isn't really a problem but I also want to do more cardio to get a toned hard body but at the same time I only do about like 10 minutes of cardio which I use punching bag down stairs for that. So, like I don't know what I should do to gain weight but at the same time not get a gut... I don't have a set nutrition thing I just eat lots of Chicken breast, wheat, high fiber cereal, Turkey and once in awhile ham... On weekdays I eat before work, first break, lunch, last break and soon as I get home.. But once again this isn't about eating or such just giving some background info.. I just want to know if I should have longer cardio which I do two times a week for 10 minutes or just keep it where it is.

Also people are noticing a difference and that I am gaining muscles so it feels good but I am not where I want to yet! I am 6 foot and only 160 pounds. For some reason friends think because I eat healthy and don't get at fast food places that I am conscious about weight and I always tell them "I don't want to lose weight, I want to gain it but muscles not fat" they just never understand.

6ft and 160pds, mate getting a gut is the least of your worries there and it will probably never happen

you need to keep the cardio where it is with your body structure, eat more, lift heavy and keep at it

it's a marathon, not a sprint
