You are a youthfully mature Lady. You are 44, looking 35. With your body shape and fantastic facial appearance, for a Lady of your age, you have nothing to worry about. You look amazing, and you deserve to feel as good as that. You've worked hard for it.
Heck you'll probably do stuff in the future to embarrass them anyway, like dance badly, or make goofy remarks infront of their friends or lovers, so don't sweat it. You're not going to embarrass them looking like you do, so be proud of it, and let people see it.
Trust me, you'll be fine. You are a healthy, glowing Lady in very good condition. Embrace it and live it, because you CAN be prioud of it

I know I still have some work to do around the but I am so anxious to show off the progress I have made so far.

(the icon is daughter's reaction) Hahaha. I am the coolest, dorkiest mom around! Well, I have worked so hard for the last 3 months getting up at 4:30 a.m. to go to the gym and preparing separate meals for myself. husband and I have both made a lifestyle change together. He is also looking and feeling great! As I said I am hoping to be in ideal shape by next summer. I am down to 120 lbs from 130 lbs. That does not seem like a lot of weight lost but I have gained lots of muscle and lost lots of fat. I am so much tighter and smaller all over! What a feeling!
