Well i think i get what your saying..so i have lost weight but i cant notice in all the areas...So if i just carry on dieting and exercising will i lose weight over body and notice some improvement?

10 stone to 9 but no difference ???!!?

ok i was 10 stone and now im 9 stone 5 but i see no difference at all i mean i went down the scales say it but i really see no difference i still have alot of chest fat (man boobs) and a ... thighs r quite hard...and biceps have grown quite a bit.. But all i want is to have pecs to get rid of chest ...

well around 1 month but first 2 weeks it was just push ups and sit ups and other random exercises with no equipment..then i was doing the 20 sec exercise thing and now i got some dumbells so im using them to do a few exercises.. :D

workout and weight

I was just wondering i been doing exercise and eating good healthty food..sometimes..and i went from 65kg to 60 and i dont see any difference in body... hasnt gotten any smaller and "man boobs" are still there and havent gotten smaller aswell..is this normal? btw i've been working out for ...

HMM i was wondering if this is ok.. everyday: stretching 50 push ups..rest after every 15 because i can do 30 max right now and im usually all worn out after i do 30 non stop. 50-100 sit ups rest every 50 jog on the spot for 5 mins fast pace..to just get me more tired and i will also do the work out...

Yeh those exercises are ok for not to difficult but not to easy so im happy with most of them :D
