Post by superlkp »

I was just wondering i been doing exercise and eating good healthty food..sometimes..and i went from 65kg to 60 and i dont see any difference in body... hasnt gotten any smaller and "man boobs" are still there and havent gotten smaller aswell..is this normal? btw i've been working out for like a month so is a month too short of a time to see any changes?

work out
Everday:
20 secs of any exercise at a fast pace and see how many i can do then rest for 10 secs then back to timing myself i do thise for like 3 times:
I do it for push ups,sit ups, lunges, squats. i heard this is because its a type of cardio if u have got no equipment..

thx ..bye

if you've got wts then use them as you need to build or at least maintain what ever muscle you have...it seems at 1st galnce that you might have lost muscle over fat if you don't look different but unless your calories are super low the exercise you posted that you are doing (tabata protocol) wouldn't have done that I don't think
