Need help to loose weight (exercise at home only)

Post by superlkp »

Well i need to loose weight quickly and safely but the thing is i am 15 years old and i dont go gym since parents wont let me and i dont go out for jogs cus area is not very safe and none of friends or family will come to jog with me..so i just do exercise at home but i dunno what to do...i got a big and "man boobs" and i want to have a flat chest and and lose weight all over so i can then try to gain muscle somehow.

I used to eat alot but ive stopped i tried the eating 5 meals a day thing but i just dont eat at those times i eat when ever im hungry and i dont always eat sometimes so what i do is i eat one meal when ever im hungry and then if i feel hungry later on i will just eat some fruit and maybe at night i will eat another meal then more fruit.

for exercise i just go in room and do some exercises..i try to do them everyday:
(this is in order)
First do stretches
push ups..
50 sit up with knees bent
the bicycle or watever its called for 1 min..
20 lunges

i know those exercises are very not oragnised and are well not properly done for me but i dont know what else i can do ant home to loose weight and increase chest and abs and other muscles..

i want to loose as much weight as i can in a very short time because i really really like this girl and i dont want to weight for a long time to ask her out and stuff (personaility matters more than looks some ppl say but i just want to loose weight and become more confident)

hope u understand what i wrote because i rushed writing this since i have to go somewhere quickly..

thank you and hope u can help me :)

well a reasons a reason i suppose!! 5 meals a day is the minimum...the idea is to evenly portion your meals (moderate;y) and evenly spacing them...once your exercise picks up so will your metabolism and you'll be like me and just be hungry most of the day...as for exercise search "Death By Bodyweight" by ian king...it's a total bodyweight program with no equipment required for memory and pictures...performed with short rest it should get you breathing...depending on long it takes to do 1 circuit and how hard it is, maybe do 2 circuits in the am and 2 in the pm or something like that but for starters just do 1 circuit everyday then space out...as for cardio see how this is and get back to me...if any of the exercises in the program are too hard or too easy report back and we can modify them for you

shit i thought i was responding to someone else...if they seem alright then start out with that program how it is...once you can do what the program states to do in the program, reply back and i'll make it harder so you can continue on

you say u have a bicycle correct? (the kind that stays in one place.) well u should probably put that to good use and get a solid 20 minutes at a moderate pace 3-4 times a week. it will probably be difficult at first, but trust me it will pay off. also, on the days that you do not use the bike, perhaps try doing pushups/situps.. a friend of mine had used barely no weights in his life and did these and got pretty good results

HMM i was wondering if this is ok..

everyday:
stretching
50 push ups..rest after every 15 because i can do 30 max right now and im usually all worn out after i do 30 non stop.
50-100 sit ups rest every 50
jog on the spot for 5 mins fast pace..to just get me more tired

and i will also do the work out swanso mentioned but more push ups and sit ups?

since i will go school i wont be able to eat every 3 hours so i was wondering if i cud eat at 5 then carry on eating every 3 hours from there till maybe 9?

thx

if u want to lose fat them ur gonna have to do more cardio.. running in place is good i guess but that might be bad for your shins if ur doing it on a hard surface... y arent u using the stationary bike u mentioned earlier??? thats probably the best bet

50 and 30 are too many and won't build muscle or burn fat...find a variation of each that allows no more than 20 reps MAX!!! and you'll get what you want....this goes for any exercise too
