Bah... I hate this.
So I've stopped going to the gym for a while now and slacked on normally healthy diet. Gained 10 lbs. Started at 185, dropped to 155, back up to 165 currently. I have a very hard time getting enough protein throughout the day, so I've decided to just buy a tub of some protein shake. Number of Exercises.
When I go to the gym I usually do two or three muscle groups. I do one exercise for each muscle group I'm working out that day, then I do 20-25 minutes on the stairmaster or bike. Yeah, thanks for the advice. I'll definately try that out. I like to go to the gym everyday if I can. I always do cardio and two muscle groups.
