can i eat any dry nuts like..almonds..
is it suggestible
if this is not right i will go for protein shake.. because early morning breakfast is not possible for me (preparation)..so i prefer any instant meal before going to exercise ..

HI,

am going to gym morning 8.30 AM before breakfast..i will do breakfast after exercise..

question is which one is better ( aim is Fat loss...loose bad tummy)

1. doing cardio 1st then any work out
2. doing workout 1st then cardio

Why it happens...

Hi, question is.. one day i have checked weight before exercise (i.e treadmill, elliptical ) so weight is 81.3 kg..and then after exercise again i checked weight at that time 80.7 kg next day when checked weight before 81.1 and after 80.9 ... why it happens..it up and down in same day or next day .....

Hi, am an Indian and working as a software engineer. and working timings are 1 PM to 10 PM (3 weeks in a month), 9 AM to 6 PM (1 week in a month), SAT & SUN are holidays. could you please tell me a diet plan for weight loss. how should i manage timings with above. age: 30 years Height: 5.51"...
