Cardio afterwards, as the cardio beforehand will use energy that might affect your workout.

You would also be better to eat something before your workout, to spare muscle and to give you more usable energy.

People who train on empty have been known to struggle with workouts and even have dizzy spells, because you're doing something known to lower bloodsugar when it's already low.

Something simple like some eggs on toast would do, or some cereal and a bit of chicken, or even a carb loaded protein shake.

Thank you so much Boss...
can i eat any dry nuts like..almonds..
is it suggestible
if this is not right i will go for protein shake.. because early morning breakfast is not possible for me (preparation)..so i prefer any instant meal before going to exercise ..

Yes dry nuts are certainly suggestable, although if for some reason your nuts get a bit moist, it's still okay to have them

An easy suggestion for breakfast... hard boil enough eggs for the week on your day off (place eggs in water and put on high temp to boil, once boing it takes 10 minutes , so its easy!)

an orange, or banana with a hardboiled egg and a piece of cheese with a glass of milk is a great start the day meal and only takes minutes to down!

cheers!

Breakfast is quick and easy, I.e. scrambled eggs on toast, a bowl of cereal and some chicken from a packet, some peanuts and some low fat cheese and the latter is full of protein, carbs, omega 3 and 6, fat soluable vits, Vit C, calcium, magnesium, etc so quick and micronutrient packed :).
