Which muscles to train

I'd like to know if I should train 3 days, then a day off and etc.. and how much time does it take to see the muscles? I heard it was 5 months. I'm currently doing Biceps and triceps on monday, tuesday I workout chest and the back and wednesday I do legs and shoulders and I play squash. (including f...
