You usually want to work both your upper and lower body equally (full body workouts) so you don't grow all out of proportion...but overall just worry about your diet at the moment. You want to recover complet...

Re: WEIGHT LOSS WORKOUT
Diet is 70% of any weight loss goal, so first thing is to get that in line (check nutrition forums) Then you have cardio, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Cardio) 2x/week and running for 30min one day. If you do these 2 above you will already start to lose weight and at a good pace. To help even more a...

Re: Full Body vs Targeted
Great to know! Anyone have any full body workout routines that I could use on split days 3x a week? Maybe 2 so I can change it up every week. Thanks again! EDIT: Here is one I found from http://www.answerfitness.com/150/full-body-workout-plan-workout-routines/" onclick="window.open(this.hr...

Full Body vs Targeted
So I have been reading in forums and in health magazines and the overall view that I get is that full body workouts yield better results and better fat burning if done 3 days a week (mon wed fri) versus doing targeted workouts for 3 days a week (chest/tri . back/bi . legs/shoulders). I figured you w...

Re: Working out Barefoot?
I've read a little bit about it and it seems to help you run how "you are supposed to". Instead of a lot of shock on the heel, you get it on the middle or end of your foot and also less twisting of the knee during running. Basically to run how you are intended to...there are shoes that wil...

Re: Issues with mass gaining
I am not a nutritionist or anything but will just tell you what has been working for me in the mass gaining dept so far. I do isolated muscle workouts. I hear a lot on this page about full body but what I have found works for me and maybe you is what I am doing. I do a 3 day split, chest and tri, ba...

I have a lot of bread in there too, well, 1 bun, 2 slices, and pasta each day...is that too much carbs or ok as long as im eating p...

Re: Feedback on Workout Please
Sweet! I will stick to that workout program for now and see how it goes. I have 2 routines I do for each muscle group. I'll add up all the calories and grams of fat/carb/protein and re-post that later Unfortunately I haven't been down that far past Olympia in some time :( I grew up further North tha...
