WEIGHT LOSS WORKOUT
hi could any one please send me best weight loss workout

Diet is 70% of any weight loss goal, so first thing is to get that in line (check nutrition forums)
Then you have cardio, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Cardio) 2x/week and running for 30min one day.
If you do these 2 above you will already start to lose weight and at a good pace.
To help even more and keep matabolism up you can build muscle by working out full body 3x a week.
So something like this while eating 6 small meals a day:
Sun off
Mon Full body
Tue HIIT
Wed Full Body
Thr Run 30min
Fri Full Body
Sat HIIT
This is very basic and you can google or find some good full body workouts on these forums.
All the nutrition info you need is in the nutrition forums or you can google that too

According to me proper diet is very essential, because as long you workout but don't have the proper diet plan there will be no effect.This does not mean you should not workout and concentrate only on diet,the more you exercise the better as it will burn more calories and help you to remain fit.
