OK I'll try that. Ive started to feel less hungry. I take a protien bar after work (11) and normally some water normally this helps me feel better. Ive been trying in incorperate alot of fish into diet as well normally I'll grill it.

Oh No I was just giving the basics I eat 4-6 meals a day. Hungry!

Every workout day I tend to be so hungry that I can stop eating almost every 30mins-hours. I eat whole wheat toast and some penut butter in the morning then after I workout I drink whey/creatin mix with a protien bar. I normally eat a big sandwhich or salad after that and maybe a steak or some other...

Ok I tend to have a protien bar after workout with whey I love them and I think thy taste great :)

Also had one more quick question.

Im choosing to do a 2 month on 1 month off creatin cycle, it's ok to stick with the way during off months or should I rotate that to?

I know this may be a stupid question but I have to ask it.

On days that I workout how much water should I drink? Right now I drink 3-4 liters of water on days I workout

On off days normally 1-3.

Mixing

So currently I take Whey protien powder and Creatin Powder. I use 1 scoop of each in a 500ml water bottle and mix them together after I workout. On days that I don't workout I drink 1 scoop creatin right after I get up and 1 scoop of whey normaly with 4pm meal which is normally a salad or veg pizza....

lol this is all so crazy. 1 site that I read looks really good and it tells me to rotate weeks, you guys tell me diffrent lol. So you saying myabe 4 sets would be better. Thank you all very much, I have decided to Cut down running days and do 2 days a week instead of three. I have broken Workouts into 3 weeks In which I rotate diffrent workouts to keep body gussing. I couldn't do:

Monday - Chest/Back

Tuesday - Run

Wednesday - Rest

Thursday - Run

Friday - Arms/Legs

Saturday - Run

Sunday - Rest

Have 2 rest days, Keep diet to 5 small meals a day, Increase protein, and supplement?
