The subject really says it all. Im about 145 lbs, 6'2. Any sorta routine I can get into, either adding exersices into workouts, or creating a entire workout day for them. Im really looking for lets say 5-15 diffrent exercises that will help me achieve the 6 pack.
Thanks to everyone who can help, any advice would be greatly apperciated.

Train the whole body really. If you just train Abs, you could get Back problems, from having too ccuh core strength at the front instead of equal amounts in the Abs, and the same in places like the Erector Spinae, Multifidus and Quadratus Lumborum.
Some exercises you can do include Planks, Leg Raises, and Roman Chairs, but it will be possible with things like Squats, Deadlifts and Cleans.
Also strength and appearance also comes from diet, as you'll need an adequate diet to build the msucles and to have fairly good fat levels.

I agree with Boss--better to train the whole body. A six pack is primarily achieved through low body fat, not abdominal exercises.
