have u heard of speed endurance? its running at an increased speed for longer periods of time. If one player can run fast he could beat me at the start of the game, but at the end of the game he would be too busted but i cant still run at maximum at the end of the game when it counts, which will be ...

well i've tryed just doing more reps but i cant seem to do anymore than 8 or 9 in one set. i've been doing as many reps as i can in each of the 3 sets and i cant progres to doing anymore. goal is to be able to do 3 sets of 12-15. I'm working up with reps on all bodyweight exercises and squeezing more and more in each time but i was wondering if i kept building up i.e. 100 pushups and 50 wide grip pull ups, would i get very bulky becasue i would prefer to be defined but still lean so i can be agile and hav good speed? but what i'm trying to say is that if i'm super fit and cardiovascualr endurance is good then at the end of the game you could have no breath left and wouldnt have the energy to sprint as fast as u could but because i can tolerate that lactic acid better then i can still run at pretty much 100% beca...
