What am I doing wrong?

Hello Everyone, I'm only lifting for a couple of weeks with dumbbells and I must be doing something wrong. I appreciate your help and thank you in advance. Friday was biceps day. I did 3X10 sets of 60% of 10 rep max as a warm up, 1 set of 10 rep max, 60 second break, then max +5 to failure. From the...

I'm getting tired of moving/storing plates and want to make workout more continous. In looking into the adjustable dumbbells and...

Thank you Sarah.

I have been lifting only a short time and working with about 35 lb dumbbells at this point for everything doing 15 reps before failure. It looks like from your answer it's time to up it a bit.

Thanks,

How much weight should I be lifting to grow?

Hello All, I'm new to this great site and it's a pleasure to read some great posts here, but after many hours of searching I can find no answer to question. I'm 50 years old, quite strong but due to injuries like destroying a knee and crushing a shoulder in a fall I have become a fat old man. I'm fo...
