Lose 28 pounds in 4 weeks

Post by Beth1971 »

Hi all,

I was searching for "weight loss program"
and came across this web page...

Hope it is ok to post here to show you guys because
the articles where really informative and to the point...

http://www.weightlossblackbook.com/Articles

Do you know of any other websites that have good info on
weight loss? I know that I can go through the forum
posts here but I don't have the patience. I'm looking for
something that has the info categorized and is easy
to find...

Thanks,

Beth

the most basic and probably evvective plan is to have half of your meals of protein and fruit / salad and the other half of protein and veg / salad...do wts 3/week using full body workouts and interval cardio x 20mins max 2/week for starters and drink as much water as you can...you wouldn't lose 28pds of fat it would be mostly water which you would put straight back on once you ate properly again...quick fixes won't work bethy

Well, if you find quick, easy info like that it might not be the best info for you. Everyone is unique, so finding generalized info is not always helpful. It may have worked for someone else, but won't necessarily work for you.

Anything labeled lose 28 pounds in 4 weeks is scary. Losing weight that fast is not a good idea.

How can you in good conscience recommend a product that the main ingredient, in this case hoodia, with no scientific basis for it's use, no approval by any government equivalent of the FDA and no clinical evidence that it is even safe to use?

I also find it interesting that the web site you suggest has only one product, no real information or even a physical address.

Does anyone else smell rip off?

spot on...all those ads are bullshit...people go supp's so they don't have to work as hard but then results don't match up to what they want anyway and they blame the supp saying it doesn't work...whether it worked or not it doesn;t really matter becuase you haven't learnt to train hard or educate yourself anough on proper nutrition so either way nothing's really gonna happen...supp's should only be used to lose the last few pounds for a contest or maybe a wedding or somethind...after you've exhausted proper training and nutrition

Rapid and dramatic weight loss increases your risk of gallstones, protein loss, and other health problems. Gradual weight loss is most often permanent weight loss.
