Going to start P90X, a little confused though.
I'm getting ready to start classic P90X, but I'm a little confused with the nutrition part. I weight 204 lbs and I'm 5ft 9. current BMI is about 30. The nutrition guide in the system has a section on determining your nutrition level, here is mine. Resting RMR 204 X10 = 2040, Daily activity burn RMR ...

Re: Trying to figure out if this program is going to help
Swanso5, so what is to much? The training the nutrition or both. Honestly I had not come up with a second program yet, was waiting to see how this went before I finalized the next.

Re: help with shoulder injury.
Ok, know this reply is coming alittle late and hopefully you have seen a doctor by now. Typically shoul...

Shoulder issues
Does anyone know of the names of the exercises used to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. I know how to perform them, but a friend of mine says they are "bunk" and wants to look them up. I have tried telling him that they are actual exercises and that they have helped me recover from hav...

Trying to figure out if this program is going to help
Ok, so here is the story. It all starts in 2005 while being deployed to Iraq, I had the unfortuate luck of finding out how dangerous IED's are. Didn't lose anything (thank God), but back was broken in three places, and both shoulders were dislocated. The Army wanted to fuse back, which I told them t...

Re: Need a program that works at home
No weights due to the fact that part of injury was neurological. I am just now able to start working out again, and doctor says to start with body weight excercises to strengthen core. Weights is something I can do later on once body has recovered enough. swanso5- Thanks for the link. Going to give ...

Need a program that works at home
I need a program that works. I am a surgical tech and do not have alot of time or money to invest in a program or health club membership, but at 40 weight is catching up with me. Does anyone know of a workout program that does not require weight training, or running (bad knees). I have about 30 to 4...
