If your lifting weights and doing cardio the same day what is the reason for doing the cardio last? Is it only because you are fresher lifting first, being that you use more energy lifting.

Lose grip

When I'm working out doing curls with dumbbells, pull ups or pull downs I seem to lose grip. fists open up and forearms start screaming. Whats the deal? I already use gloves. Should I use wraps? Any suggestions.

Don't worry. Just start to get back into working out and it will come back faster than you think. I've heard that you gain your strength back twice as fast as when you first put it on.

Shouldn't he go heavy weight less reps. Say 125 for 7 reps then 135 for 5 then 145 for 3, 155 for 1 ? Then he can raise the weight a bit as he goes.

Bruce Lee when he died had about 1% body fat. That's not really healthy. I don't think that he was eating enough of the right foods. He was unusually strong in his upper body. In that article it said that he could hold a 75lbs dumbbell in front of him at shoulders height for several minutes. For a 1...
