push-ups, inclined push-ups, declined push-ups, do push-ups. and practicing bench press won't hurt either. also do full body workouts like squats or deadlifts. you should eat properly as well.

If you want to get better at benching, then bench. If you want strong triceps and chest, look on this site for exercises that work those muscles

Don't worry. Just start to get back into working out and it will come back faster than you think. I've heard that you gain your strength back twice as fast as when you first put it on.

What you gotta do is incline bench, regular bench, and decline bench.
First, you do three sets of each of those excercises consisting of four or five reps.
Then you do two sets of six for each of them. Thats how you get it done

You don't say how long you have been off or what your age is or how long you trained before.

But you should gain back about 1/2 the lost poundage in about 6 to 8 weeks.

The balance should come back in another 6 to 8 weeks.

Don't push too hard or you will suffer a setback.

(The above assumes you are between 25 and 40 years old). If you are older than that, add 2 weeks to achieve each goal.)
