flat feet and cardio

hello everyone

does anyone know if running more than 3x a week on flatfeet is bad for your feet/knees/back long term? i have flatfeet and i don't feel any discomfort at the moment but i was wondering if there were any possible long term effects.

thanks in advance

funny story

today i went to the gym and saw something funny and thought i would share it with you folks. i saw this guy put up 4 plates on the bar (bench press) 405 pounds and he just stood there looking pretty without doing 1 set, then he left. end of story. (and yes, i was there when he was putting the weight...

i know what you mean silent! bench used to be super super terrible, but i went up 50 pounds in bench recently and i think what really helped me was having a spotter as Langstaff mentioned, but to also go really damn heavy... i mean heavy as in beyond what you think you can do. bench used to be laggi...
