hello everyone
does anyone know if running more than 3x a week on flatfeet is bad for your feet/knees/back long term? i have flatfeet and i don't feel any discomfort at the moment but i was wondering if there were any possible long term effects.

geddes, before undertaking someone else's program you should try experimenting on your own to see what suits you best. this does not only get you to know and learn a variety of exercises but you are also learning more about your own body. i guess other people making you programs could be a good star...
