today i went to the gym and saw something funny and thought i would share it with you folks. i saw this guy put up 4 plates on the bar (bench press) 405 pounds and he just stood there looking pretty without doing 1 set, then he left. end of story. (and yes, i was there when he was putting the weights up and then down )

Yes a lot ! Currently at work and when I will finish there will be no sun anymore, sad part of working 12h-20h.
