any one else expierience this?
sometimes i feel this pain in the middle of back when i run/jog for more than 5 min. i felt it today and cut run short. i was wondering if that's just cause im just getting back into running and body's not use to the shock. i feel fine in other cardio excercises like stairs, basketball or eliptical....

Anyone know of any good work outs for improving your game. Mostly for more explosivenes. I've been doing squats and deadlifts for some time and found it to be helpfull with shot. lot of your shot comes from the legs. are there any key weight lifting excercises essential for basketball? thanks in adv...

split vs. fullbody
I've been on a full body routine for a few months now and i prefer it to the split routine. One thing thats been on mind lately is that, Is the split routine a more efficient way to work out? Logic being that on full body i only do so much for each muscle group to avoid being too exhausted to finish...

I tend to use the squat machine for work out.( the one where your backs to the floor.) rather than use a barbell which tends to dig in to shoulders. same amount of weight seems easier on the machine though. guess what im asking is, is the squat machine effective or as effective as plain old squats?
