Swanso thats what I was thinking and did but i must of just over done it monday to get so sore. But i have noticed with working out for quite a few other people it slows them down are there some specific exercises that would help keep speed up yet get stronger? I have personaly notice a DRASTIC difference between electric shaving and using a blad the blade is significantly closer and smoother which for me I prefer since facial hair in spots grows in blonde in spots till its longer ie. 1/4"-1/2" so looks really odd having dark and "invisible&...

so yeah your supposed to eat about every 3-4 hours or so but with job it becomes really hard becouse you can't at anything that has to be chilled really good or heated up i work construction and the only time we really get a chance for heated or cooled food is lunch i get breakfast, lunch, and dinne...

yeah i like to actually eat 2 bowls of cheerios multigrain one in the morning and one at night its favorite cereal actually haha so try and get some B-complex vitamins or compliments of B vitamins with Inositol in it the fish oil is just good for me so take it .... i dont get whats about it that mak...

Ok so the last i want to say two weeks or so i have not ben hungry at all if i have ben all it would've taken me to get full is nutri grain bar or something tiny like that.... I've ben making myself eat normal foods like a couple eggs with some toast and juice in the morning and midday healthy snack...
