Appatite and sleep decreased dramaticly....
Ok so the last i want to say two weeks or so i have not ben hungry at all if i have ben all it would've taken me to get full is nutri grain bar or something tiny like that.... I've ben making myself eat normal foods like a couple eggs with some toast and juice in the morning and midday healthy snacks like some strawberries or something along those lines. But im just not hungry when I do eat. Last night i figured it was time to ask about it cause when i was making myself eat some chowmein microwaveable noodles that I like. I got about five or six bites down and then I felt like i was going to puke. It's extremely out of the norm for me I was curious what could cause it...
No onto the sleep issue.... also about the last two weeks I have gotten around 8 or 9 full nights of sleep uninterupted... all the other nights i wake up about 1-3 in the morning and can't get back to sleep from 1-2 hours last night it was 4 wich really sucked.... When I do try to get back to sleep right away i can't whole body twitch/jerks or something randomly and its enough to keep me awake the whole time.... all i know is its starting to become a real pain in the and i was curious as to what could cause this also...

Are you depressed or stressed? Have you made any drastic changes to your life?
For the sleep issues you might try melatonin, valerian root, or some sleepy time tea before you go to bed to help you fall asleep.
Thats a real bummer to go through. I've been there before. I usually just snap out of it after a while (can take up to a month). If your appetite doesn't come back after a couple more weeks you may consider visiting your doctor to see whats up.
I hope this gets better for you soon.

Like what Cassie said. Could try Glutamine as well, 5-HTP if you can cope with it, (shouldn't be any physical issues), some people claim it's not quite to their liking.
Food issues could be a serious problem. Might have intestinal issues. You need to see a doctor. Could be something relating to low Gut Bacteria, or early development of an IBD, like Chrons, Coeliacs, Colitis, (hopefully not though), so get checked out A.S.A.P.

I take 5-htp and have had great luck with it. I've heard that some people have problems with it though. It really helps with mood. Another great sleep aid is called Sleep MD (which has Melatonin and Valerian in it... among other things). It helps you fall asleep and doesn't leave you groggy in the morning... :)
