yeah, i'm gonna try not to worry about that.. I weigh myself first thing in hte morning, so undigested food wouldnt be a big problem

Post some piks of you, so someone can help you with a good workout plan so you get toned.. you don't need to lose when you're than thin.. rather, you need to tighten up.

I don't know...

It does measure body fat (I dont remember exactly, but something I read in the manual book long ago) by sending something, like a signal, through body... b/c it travels faster through fat faster than muscle, it gets the amount and calculates it.

btw.. I dono if it helps, but

Last week i was 128 and 27.6% body fat

today i was 127.2 and 25.6% body fat

I don't kno if it is all inacccurate, but the measurements are from the same scale.
