Almond better is a healthier choice..

For peanut butter... Try to stick to the organic varietys if possible as I believe the other kind has hydroginated oils in. :)

One of favorite ways to eat peanut butter is on a rice cake. But this is not really something you would be doing if you are trying to get cut.

But if you're eating organic PB, I'd say you can dip apples, bananas, celery, or carrots in it...any veggie or fruit, really. (Okay, maybe something like a tomato would taste bad, but you get drift.) PB and bananas go really well together! :-)

You can make a Thai peanut sauce for pasta or stirfries or to put on a salad or something like that (just Google some recipes and see which ones sound good).

I like smooth, but it's because I don't really like peanuts. And I LOVE almond butter and think it's a zillion times better than peanut butter. But that's just opinion.
Yeah, I agree. Be careful of the brand you purchase; check websites to see if they are at risk. I like peanut butter on toast, it melts it.

Not as healthy as items, but you can make peanut butter cookies for a once a week snack. Reese's are addicting. I recommend if you're on this website, try to avoid more than 1 Reese's a week.

I like creamy peanut butter, because I don't like the surprise crunch to occur in the wrong place. I haven't tried almond butter, but I like hazelnut spread (Nutella. Italian product, popular in France, guaranteed to be in Canada and the US).

If you get bored of spreading peanut butter on apples, you can go for a mixture of cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla for an apple dip.

I would be careful with the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla mixture on the apple though if you're hoping for fat loss. Apples already have enough sugar in them (fructose) and you really don't need to add more sugar. Plus the fat in cream cheese is usually not the healthiest choice. If you shoot for natural peanut butter (the kind with oil on top) instead youll be getting healthy fats, plus more protein than you get with cream cheese.

Just thoughts....
