It might be that i don't eat enough but from most diet clacs i have used they say to eat 2100 to maintain weight and reduce by 500 incriments to lose weight so i eat roughly 1400-1600 a day.And when i was on birthcontrol was when i became active. Yea i noticed weight loss is a lot slower but i have never gained weight from it, just found it harder to lose.

well i basically do do that at this moment, I need particular programs or excersizes to lose weight or tone lower back sides and lower abdominals right now. The rest of me is fine and I don't want to lose any more weight in the rest of me.

Well i usually to abdominal excersizes 3-5 times a week from free weights, yoga and crunches together or interchangibly. I do a lot of bicept/tricept workouts and back workouts 2-4 times a week on a body ball with freeweights and some pilates every 3 days also. Then i do cardio every night 4-6 times...
