Is it really necessary to go more in weight after each set.
Hey guys it would be great if someone can give me an input, I appreciate it. exercise consist of using the same weight for 3 sets and on the last set I go higher. For example when I bench press the first three sets would be 35 and on the last set I will jump up to 45. Is that good or a waste of time...
