I would like to thank anyone who would help me out in this question.
I weight about 220, just started working out, working out upperbody, legs and of course doing cardio to lose weight. Should I drink muscle around lunch time, so I don't have to eat or that will give me mass, which I'm trying to lose.

protein shakes should be only used immediately after workouts and solid foods consumed for every other meal...if your worried about bulking then have solid meals with fruit, veg and / or salad but have protein with every meal as it weill build muscle...more muscle = more fat burnt at rest and more strength to lift heavier wts...can't go wrong
