I got over-zealous on the assisted pull up machine the other day and I got a major case of DOMS. Any advice on how to get over it faster? What do you think about the new G2 gatorade for hydration. It has very low calories (25 per 8oz) but still the same amount of electrolytes as the original.

eh im pretty sure your nose is a better filter of air then your mouth. Do your best to breathe through your nose. Its only better because your nose hairs filter out dust etc. But its not best for exercise as its harder to get enough oxygen into your body. I was trying to concentrate on breathing te...

Why the issue with (as long as it's lowfat) and Fruit?
