consecutive days
i've been trying different kinds of workout styles lately. newest one is working lower abs, middle chest, and triceps on one day, and then mid and upper abs, upper chest, and biceps on the day after that. on the third day, i rest, and start over on the 4th day. i know that many exercises that work, ...

Abs exercises....
i c that some ppl who hav 'great abs,' they're abs r werid, like they were formed weird or something. they have a six pack, but...i dont really know how to explain it. they just look weird. other guys, tho, have just a simple six pack. is there anyway to avoid these 'weird' abs?

I kno i've heard it before, but i just cant remember the answer. Ok so if you want to work your whole body, should you work each body part on different days? If that is true, then would you work all the arm muscles (bicep, tricep, forearm...) on one day, and then work the legs (quads, hamstrings, ca...
