ive been workin on a workout program for myself
[im a 15 yr old 5' 7" 130lb ...]
ive reached the part where i need to decide when i work what body parts (for a full body workout)
theres a few different alternatives ive heard about, like working the upper body this day and that day, then working the lower body those days..etc.
i hav skool from 7 to 2:30, and i usually work for 4 hours on saturday and sunday. i have time to workout, and if i dont, i can make time. so time is not a factor.
what would be the best workout plan...?
