I kno i've heard it before, but i just cant remember the answer.
Ok so if you want to work your whole body, should you work each body part on different days?

If that is true, then would you work all the arm muscles (bicep, tricep, forearm...) on one day, and then work the legs (quads, hamstrings, calves...) on another day?

I feel really stupid asking this, i kno the answer it just isnt coming to me.

No you can work all muscles in one session, but usually it's a 2 sets per muscle principle repeated 3 times a week, and done for beginners.

I do upper body twice a week, and lower body twice a week.

If you work all muscle groups in one work out that's all you need to do, 2-3 times a week. Full body is a very effective way to workout no matter what your fitness level. :)
