I kno i've heard it before, but i just cant remember the answer.
Ok so if you want to work your whole body, should you work each body part on different days?
If that is true, then would you work all the arm muscles (bicep, tricep, forearm...) on one day, and then work the legs (quads, hamstrings, calves...) on another day?
I feel really stupid asking this, i kno the answer it just isnt coming to me.
Simple question....
