Hi prettyface , best thing to do is just pick yourself up and get down to the gym , and stick with it ,. its when you start seeing some results you start getting more and more modivated . Its just a case of setting yourself a goal and getting yourself started towards that goal . Hope all works out ...

how can i remotivate myself :(

After losing a lot of weight, i kinda got off track :shock: , being so busy with other stuff... I'm ready to get back on track with diet, and back to the gym full time :wink: .. just don't know how to get motivated and stay consistent life before :(
Any suggestions please? :cry:

im going away for 5 days..

does anybody have any advice and tips to staying on track while being away from the normal routine at home? I won't have gym access so i will have to be doing something to stay on track.. any tips please and thank you =)

Wear a black boxing mouth guard. It makes you seem as intimidating as hell and it prevents you from grinding your teeth while lifting. When you take it out of your mouth for a drink of water people will naturally be interested about it and make an inquiry. Or leave it in and grin at the assholes. I...

I work for the YMCA, so this is pretty biased...but let me tell story! I've lost around 50 lbs while being a member of the Y. Not just one Y in one city either. Pretty face - you must've hit the gym on a bad day. However most people go to the gym to workout not socialize. Don't take it personally. i didnt feel bad socially, im also a regular there, and im pretty outgoing myself and talk to many ppl, i just felt like everyone was stuck up today and it threw...

I am also a regular at gym, i been going there since november, and i know sum ppl.. and i have a friend that i usualy work out with.. but today i felt like everyone had sumthing stuck up sumwhere the sun dont shine.. and it kinda threw me off. I wont give up either ...
