Post by prettyface »

After losing a lot of weight, i kinda got off track  , being so busy with other stuff... I'm ready to get back on track with diet, and back to the gym full time  .. just don't know how to get motivated and stay consistent life before :(
Any suggestions please?

Hi prettyface , best thing to do is just pick yourself up and get down to the gym , and stick with it ,. its when you start seeing some results you start getting more and more modivated . Its just a case of setting yourself a goal and getting yourself started towards that goal . Hope all works out for you

Over the years I've seen this happen too many times. People come to the gym for 8 months and train and diet very, very hard and get in terrific shape only to disappear for months and then re-appear trying to make up lost ground.

The underlying cause of the problem is over training and overly strict dieting. They are not sustainable.

This time train more moderately; diet more moderately. Give yourself more time to get in shape.

In the long run you will stay in shape much longer if you don't over-train.

What kind of things did you do before to stay motivated? People, mottos, life circumstances, quotes etc etc.
