I think you have to know what works best for you! You can do tredmil for 20 mins ,then wt training for 20 mins and then tredmil again for a 2 or 1 km...

Okay i know it sounds silly but i really dont have any idea about how to read nutritional facts on any food stuff...need help! What are the good carbs? How much sugary content is okay? Is kjoules the rite term to consider or kcalories!?

Thanks for all the info. I am thinking of not keeping fasts these days and keep them some other month has i really cannt exercise during fast! Its the thirst that kills me...!

I think doing 15 mins of cardio and theb weight training for 20 mins and then 1 km of cardio would be a good blend!!

U said strenght training with free weight??!! But why free weights? Why not machines? I am more comfrotable with machines...you still didnt answer question , like u saying do strenght training and then cardio!?

Why the fast?? Well basically because its the muslim's holy month of ramadan that why! actually i asked wether i can exercise (do cardio and wt training) during fast , in a sense that i get to eat at 4 am and after that the fast starts and end up at 6 pm... weight training and fasting

Hi again , i just wanted to ask that i am keeping fasts these days ! I hit the gym in the after noon and fasts opens in the late evening! Now is it okay for me carry on with the usual routine of any hour of weight training and cardio?? Does keeping a fast has any effect on weihht training ?
