you'd want 3 meals after working out for freplenishment so make them small - moderate one's so you can get them all in...why the fast???

Why the fast?? Well basically because its the muslim's holy month of ramadan that why! actually i asked wether i can exercise (do cardio and wt training) during fast , in a sense that i get to eat at 4 am and after that the fast starts and end up at 6 pm... And i hit the gym in the afternoon, having not eaten since 4 am!! So like whats the answer now?

probably fair enough then...

i would stick to wts only, keep wts moderate volume then eat like a horse avter it getting 3 good meals in after working out before going to bed

could you possibly gym at 6:30 - 7ish? that would make things easier

Eh, I feel for you baab.

I'm going what you are going through with the fasting and all..and honestly..I'm putting the gym aside, until I really feel like I need to hit the gym during this month, cause body is too weak to walk, mind excersizing.

Plus I learned..cardio don't do shit! No treadmill, no ellptical machine matters.
For the past 3 weeks, no make that about 2 months, I've been doing only "muscle training" and barely any cardio.

And I still see the same results if not better, and I used to workout only 3 times a week. I swear..somedays, even 2. It worked okay for me.

I'm not gaining that huge hips I had, and comes and goes. Shit happens and it gets on the way for me, like...fasting causes me to bloat a lot, and ther is nothing I could do about it..

But after Ramadan is over...I'll hit the gym a bit hard, just for the sake of this one month, then I'll ease down again..

Mainly..I say stick to Muscle training, Cardio doesn't do a thing if you're in a good shape already.

Cardio can help to burn some calories, and create a Metabolic environment for you, so it shouldn't necessarily be overlooked, but it should be controlled not done to death, in the case of some people who use Treadmills like a second home :P
