I am tired of having "man" arms now. Seems like even the maintenance training on arms causes them to grow. I don't know if I should drastically lower wieght training for arms and go with more cardio or what! I curl a 40lb bar appx 3-4 sets of 10-12...tri's I'll usually add a 10lb plate to ...

Well, i think there's a big punchig bag at the Gold's i go to. no speed ball though. I guess i'll give it a shot...um although i seriously doubt i'll be beating the tar out of any of the guys in the octagon!!!

I can't think of any good cardio excersises that don't involve mobilizing left knee in some way :(

Any ideas????

just can't lose inches on waist!!!

No matter what I do- I cannot lose the 3 in I wanna lose around waist.
