I think that If you are taking in alot of protein which isn't used up for growth or recovery that day, It will turn into fat. Although I'd better leave it until the pros reply.

Any Teens here use "Nautilus" machines?

Nautilus is a big brand of gym machines which gym uses. I know all the names so if you do, use the machine names and your weights/sets etc, so we can compare :P.

Thanks for the advice, Im going to try the squats and lunges. Where can I read up more on them? And how do you apply the DB or Bars to yourself and adding weight etc.?
