Five Day Split

I have literally 5 minutes to cram it all in before work so ignore spelling, grammar etc.

Monday: Chest, Triceps
Tuesday: Legs, Abs
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Back, Biceps
Friday: Abs, Forarms + Cardio

1 Week light shock, 2 weeks average, 1 week heavy shock.

Will do individual days when i get back tonight.
