Hopefully this doesn't baffle you too much, but I'll try to be through on this one :).

Not really. You could get more muscle growth, but not really height growth at 18. Plus Bones generally fully form at 17. You might get another inch or two by 21, but it's not a cut and dried thing I don't think.

There is an operation that people with Dwarfism can have, where they break the bones in the Arms and Legs, pin the Bones together, until the gap, (usually around 1mm), gets fresh bone in it, then they break again, until after some months the Arms are roughly 4-6 inches longer and the Legs about 10-12 inches.

This may have to happen in 2-3 stages, not continuously day after day until completion.

Many don't opt for this and it often cannot alieviate pain problems, associated with Dwarfism in the 40+ age range.

This might be the same operation some females undertake, to gain more Leg lengthening, to meet Air Stewardess requirements, but I'm not 100% certain on that.

This might be your only option, if at 18, your body didn't gain any more vertical height.

I wouldn't reccomend it in your case, even if you could have it.

The only other option would be if you had some kind of Spinal deformity.

A: Kyphosis. Outward curvature of the Upper Back, primarily some of the 7 Cervial vertebrae in the Neck, but possibly some of the 12 Thoracic below as well. This is sometimes referred to as Scheuemans or Scheuermanns Kyphosis, in teens, but if you had it you'd know that anyway.

B: Lordosis. Inward curvature / arching of the Lower Back, roughly around the 5 Lumbar Vertebrae, maybe some of the 5 Sacral Vertebrae.

C: Scoliosis bending or twisting of sorts of the spine usually left or right at a maximum of arouund 10 degrees slant.

If you possesed any of these deformities, then surgical correction may yield more vertical height, though Scheuermanns tends to often dissaapear in adult years, as it is primarily a childhood condition.

Assuming you don't have any of these, possible vertical growth may still happen, by another 1-2 inches approximately at 18, but it would depend on things like Growth Hormones as well and of course good Pituitary function. These can be produced for 2 hours a night during sleep, roughly around the deep sleep phase, which I think is after the REM phase.

There is also a hormone called Ghrelin, produced in the Stomach. More is produced when hungry than when full. It manipulates GH production, but also affects Metabolism, also becasue the Pituitary governs TSH, the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone that control the T3, T4 and Calcitonin, Thyroid hormones and of course Metabolism, plus Ghrelin can cause fat storage as well, so good satiety every 2.5-3 hours would be a reccomendation from me, to help you better manage GH production via diet.

A bit long winded, but hopefully it spells things out for you pretty well.

Good luck yeah :).
