hi guys im new to this and i want to use this sites personal training plans. However im just been given weights when i would like cardovasclar also, Can you help me put this right ?????

Fr – Cardio (Intervals)
Sat - Weights
Sun - Off
Watch your diet too

and advice ill do that. however can not see any cardio workouts do you know where i look? also pics not uploading dont suppose you have any advice on that? thanking ya

You have gym access? If not, you can also do some plyometric workout at home.
