this sites personal training plans " HELP"

hi guys im new to this and i want to use this sites personal training plans. However im just been given weights when i would like cardovasclar also, Can you help me put this right ?????

Do both…

M -weights
T – Cardio (intervals)
W - weights
Th – OFF (rest)
Fr – Cardio (Intervals)
Sat - Weights
Sun - Off

Watch your diet too :)

thank you for reply :D and advice ill do that. however can not see any cardio workouts do you know where i look? also pics not uploading dont suppose you have any advice on that? thanking ya

With your CV mate you can pretty much do anything, whether it be running, cycling, climbing, swimming, rowing even walking just try varying it so you don't get bored, if you do cardio say 3 times a week just do something different each time.

You have gym access? If not, you can also do some plyometric workout at home.
