I have been reading recently couple of fitness articles and they used a lot some names of cardio exercises but not really explained how they look like in practise. Thought that maybe some of you could help me to specify the difference.
HIIT - that I understand as maximum 20 min of changing speed: 30 sek 90-100% then 1 min 50-60% - repeat the cycle untill you get to 15-20 min
HIIT Aerobic Interval Training - all I know is that those are longer but less intensive intervals but how do they look like in practise??
Steady State HI Aerobic Training - no clue on that one:), i mean if I wanted to do it what do i do ???
Steady State Low Intensity Aerobic Training - the same, for how long, how slow??
would be great if someone could help me.
thank you
kash

Re: the difference ????
hiit - short burst if sprints 2mins and below
hiit aerobic intervals - 2mins+ sprint bursts (bare in mind that the longer you go for, the less of an actual sprint it is)
ss hi aerobic training - 75%+ at one pace x 20mins at least
ss li aerobic training - jogging basically
